| The Heat exchanger brings
your wort to the right temperature without exposing it directly
to the heating element.
This heat exchanger has four parts:
- Container - a 3 gallon metal bucket,
insulated and placed in a 5 gallon bucket.
- Copper Coil - 20' of 1/2" copper
- Heat Element - 2000W 120V
- Agitation Pump - a small submersible
pump to keep hot spots from forming in the heat exchanger
